Kai is retired from a breeding program because she would fight with the male when trying to breed her. Kai in a non-breeding capacity is a very sweet and loving dog. She desires to be around you at all times and is very affectionate toward her human. For a Golden she is a big girl and it wouldn’t hurt for her to loose a few pounds. When with other dogs, male or female she is an alpha dog but is good with them, when she is in heat that is a whole different story. She has now been spayed so the “heat” issue should no longer be a thing but she is still an alpha personalty. If you have another dog we will want them to meet to make sure they are compatable.
