Suzie is a a Cavanese which is a Cavalier King Charles and Havanese mix. She is almost 5 years old, as a puppy she was bought from a puppy store and later surrendered to the rescue because her previous owners age was getting in the way of being able to keep up with her anymore. If you love dogs with personalities you will love Suzie because she is full of it! She’s also very silly and loves getting attention. When we get her food ready for her, she is scheduled feed twice a day and will only eat FreshPet, she will bark almost like saying “I’m ready” and then when we are walking to place her bowl down she follows while spinning around in circles. She will definitely make you laugh. She does very good with other dogs and loves to play, but she would also do completely okay in a single dog household. Suzie had surgery for a cranial cruciate ligament tear and went through rehab and is now fine and also walks completely fine. She also can get a bit anxious when her owners leave but she isn’t destructive whatsoever. She has no other known health issues. She is up to date on all of her shots, has been spayed and is microchipped. She is on the mild side for shedding and for someone who has allergies to dogs. She should be combed out regularly and taken to the groomers on a regular basis. She is kind of potty trained, she will go on potty pads and when she’s taken outside on a leash she will potty as well. We aren’t sure if she was potty trained by going for walks or not.
