Adelaide is a purebred Coton de Tulear, she is almost 6 years old. She was surrendered to the rescue as a retired breeding dog. She is very shy and doesn’t like to be out of her comfort zone. When I was doing her pictures I tried to get them outside and she laid completely still in the grass so I had to move her to a smaller kennel to get her pictures and she still was pretty shy and timid in there because she was away for her comfort zone. She is still very loving and sweet she just needs someone who is willing to give her the time and patience and effort she needs. She does very well with other dogs, and she might settle in better if she has another dog in the household with her but it is not needed. She had moderate dental disease but has since had a dental done. She has no other known health issues. She is up to date on all of her shots, has been spayed and is microchipped. She is very good for allergies as she is Hypoallergenic and a non shedding dog, however she will need combed out regularly and taken to the groomers.
