Janie is a pure Coton and if you are not sure of this breed it is related to the Bichon Frise’ and the Maltese. She is retired from a breeding program and is looking for a family to finally call her own. She is good with other dogs and would welcome a big sister to show her the ropes. She has no known health issues, she has had a dental and is missing a few of her teeth. Coton’s are softer in nature and on the calmer and quieter side. When training a Coton you will want a gentle approach so no harsh words as they are sensitive. A Coton is a good choice for an empty nester type of family. She is a hair dog with soft hair that can tangle quickly so regular combings and trips to the groomers are necessary. She has been spayed and is microchipped, she is current on shots, rabies and is on ProHeart. She is not house trained and will need all training.
