Leon is a purebred Maltese, he is 4 years old. He was surrendered to the rescue because he is a retired breeding dog. Leon is a bit shy at first but he is so sweet, loving and kind once he warms up. He wants all the pets and lovins. He does very well with other dogs but it is not necessary to have him in a multi-dog household. He, like most dogs would love the spot light being on only him. He had moderate calculus on most of his teeth but he had since had a dental done. He has no other known health issues. He is up to date on all of his shots, has been neutered and is microchipped. He is good for allergies as he’s hypoallergenic and a non shedding breed, but he will need combed out regularly and taken to the groomers. He is not house trained and will need all training.
