Remi is a purebred Havanese. He was surrendered to us because he couldn’t be sold as a puppy due to having an overbite. He is a sweet guy but is very shy and a little back ward at first but still loving, he shouldn’t take too long to warm up and be your best buddy. He is just under a year old so some puppy behavior should still be expected. He does well with other dogs and may settle faster if he has a furry brother or sister but it is not needed. Like most dogs he would love to soak up all the love and attention he can get. He did have a few retained puppy teeth that were removed at the time of neuter. Remi also has an overbite and he may need his lower canines removed because his lower canines do hit into the upper gum line. Right now this causes him no discomfort but you should check with your vet for the best course of treatment for him if any is needed. He has no other known health issues. He is good for those of you with dog allergies and is a non-shedding dog which means you will need to comb him out on a regular basis and take him to the groomers. He is up to date on all of his shots, on heartguard, has been neutered and is microchipped. Remi is not house trained and will need all training.
